How to use the ice cream machine
1. Wash and dry the inner pot before use, and place it in the freezer for more than 10 hours (the lower the temperature, the better the effect. It is recommended to adjust the freezer temperature to -18 degrees or above).
2. Take out the inner pot and install the ice cream machine when using;
3. After turning on the machine, pour the prepared ingredients into the inner pot and wait for 10-15 minutes.
4. After the ice cream ingredients are solidified and formed, open the discharge port to make ice cream cones

Reasons why ice cream is not successful:
1. The temperature of the inner pot is not enough.
The inner pot needs to be placed in the refrigerator at -18℃ for about 8 hours. The inner pot should be frosted when it is taken out, and the liquid inside should not shake.
2. The ratio of ice cream ingredients is incorrect
. 50g ice cream powder + 150ml milk or 100g ice cream powder + 300ml milk, stir evenly.
3. The method is wrong.
It is made with 300ml milk + 150ml whipped cream + 50g white sugar. Remember to whip the whipped cream. White sugar must be used. Condensed milk cannot replace white sugar.
4. The stirring time is not enough .
Pour the ice cream ingredients into the inner pot, remember to stir for 10-15 minutes. The more ingredients, the longer the stirring time can be according to the actual situation. Until it is formed, push the discharge port to roll up the ice cream.
5. It can't come out .
The stirring time is too long and it is frozen or the ingredients are too thick. It is recommended to add some milk, not too much, and continue to stir for a few minutes. (You can also use a silicone spatula to scoop it out and eat it, and it also feels like ice cream)
6. The machine does not turn
① It may be that the order of turning on the machine and pouring the ingredients is reversed, causing it to freeze and not turn.
You should turn on the machine first and then slowly pour the prepared ingredients into the ice cream machine liner and stir for about 10-15 minutes.
② The ingredients are too thick and can't turn, add some milk and continue stirring.
7. The ingredients are not mixed yet, and the liner is taken out first.
Taking the liner out too early will cause the temperature to be insufficient, and it will naturally not be formed. The liner should be taken out after the ingredients are mixed.
